Withdrawing from a class BEFORE the session begins
If a family withdraws before the session begins, tuition will be refunded by check only, less a $20 service charge. The Annual Registration fee is non-refundable. Customers may elect to receive a 100% credit to their dance account instead, to be used within one year's time. To request a refund, please contact our office. No refunds will be given once the session begins.
Refund Deadlines for the 2016-2017 Year:
FALL 2016 SESSION - Must withdraw by Saturday, September 10, 2016.
SPRING 2017 SESSION - Must withdraw Saturday, January 28, 2017.
SUMMER 2017 SESSION - Must withdraw Saturday, June 24, 2017.
Withdrawing from a class AFTER the session begins
FALL/SPRING CLASSES: Credit for 50% of class tuition (less the $45 non-refundable Annual Registration Fee) is available if you withdraw by the deadline (see dates below). Credits are applied to family dance account only, to be used within one year's time. To request a credit, please contact our office.
SUMMER CLASSES: .Due to the length of the session and our commitment to the staff who give up their time in the sun to teach, we are unable to offer credits or refunds once the session begins. However, we will do our best to shuffle the student to another class or camp if space is available.
Credit Deadlines for the 2016-2017 Year:
FALL 2016 SESSION - Must withdraw by Saturday, October 2, 2016.
SPRING 2017 SESSION - Must withdraw by Saturday, February 18, 2017.
SUMMER 2017 SESSION - NA
Deadline dates listed above will be strictly enforced. In all cases, the Annual Registration Fee is non-refundable.
